  • The design of the heat control spot can be customized (e.g., with your own logo)
  • Very good scratch and abrasion resilience
  • Excellent non-stick performance
  • Can be implemented with a modern pad printing system
  • Currently only available for PTFE systems

COATING

HEATCONTROL is constructed in combination with a three-layer non-stick coating. This ULTIMATE system is equipped with a ceramic reinforcement for the highest demands. It is characterized by an outstanding combination of non-stick effect and abrasion resistance. Heatcontrol is suitable for top-class cookware.  

  1. Surface sealing applied wet-on-wet to ensure good cleanability
  2. Middle layer with innovative polymer matrix enables best scratch resistance
  3. Primer with strong ceramic reinforcement
  4. Specially prepared substrate for optimum adhesion of the coating to the cookware
  5. Red ink as top layer
