“Natural ingredients” can be used as raw materials in low-cure bakeware systems on request. This more sustainable recipe benefits the environment. Carnauba wax from the Prunifera palm and biopolymer from the outer skin of cereals are added to the wet coating. The wax ensures good gliding properties. The cereal husk - in the case of the biopolymer - ensures great robustness. These properties ensure that the cake turns out perfectly.
